Listing Your Trailer

You must have an active UTRAILER account to list your trailer(s) for rent. If you do not have one, signing up is easy with your email address and personal information. Once your account has been accepted you are now ready to list your trailer(s). Follow the prompt and fill out as much of the information on your trailers as possible. Note: some fields are mandatory, and you will not be allowed to list without full completion of those fields. If you do not know one or more of the attributes/characteristics of your trailer do not guess and either verify said characteristic or do not list your trailer. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing. Overall, the more information you are able to provide the listing the easier it will be for potential renters to find it. Once the particulars of your trailer are complete you must load a minimum of one photo of your trailer. We recommend at least two. Please see guide below for “Prohibited Photos” below when considering your photo. 

Once you have completed filling out all information on your trailer and have uploaded at least 1 photo your trailer will be added to the UTRAILER platform!

Prohibited Photos

1. No text overlay or photos displaying text of any kind
2. No stock photos – the photo displayed must be authentic and of the actual trailer that is available for rent
3. No copyrighted photos – unless you own the associated copyright
4. No lewd, hateful, discriminatory, or indecent content within the photo. UTRAILER may take action against your listing or account if reported. 
5. No markings, logos, promotions, or advertisements, including advertisements for other sharing sites, personal businesses, or other.
6. No photos of which you do not own or have permission to use 
7. No photos of poor quality
